Distance Sales Agreement


This Distance Sales Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions between you, the customer, and Sekmen Sağlık ve Turizm Ltd. Şti., regarding the sale and delivery of products through our website www.worldwidefavs.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

2. Purpose of the Agreement

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of both parties in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. It covers the sale and delivery of goods ordered by the customer via our website.

3. Product Information

The details of each product — including name, quantity, price, and delivery conditions — are clearly stated on the product page and order summary. Shipping fees and applicable taxes are also visible prior to payment.

4. Delivery Terms

The product(s) will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout. We aim to deliver all orders within the specified time on the product page, but not later than 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without any justification within 14 days of receiving your order.

To use your right of withdrawal:

  • The product must be unused and in resalable condition.

  • You must notify us via email or contact form within the 14-day period.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Perishable goods or products with a short expiration date

  • Hygiene-related items that have been opened

6. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless stated otherwise.

7. Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of any disputes, you may contact the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in your place of residence.
